Ah... Merry Christmas!

I'm a little sad that its Christmas day already. There's so much build up to this day, ya know? It starts in like mid November, and soon the lights are put up, candy canes are everywhere as well as Christmas sales, and then the music... Reindeer sweaters, hot chocolate, cozy snuggling days, ginger bread/cookie making.. All of which I love.. These things add up!

Then it's today.
And it's done.

Still, there's Boxing Day sales tomorrow. Oh, but wait! I'm broke!
Next year, I think I'm gonna try going down the home-made presents road.

Another thing that's a little upsetting... It hasn't snowed. Wasn't it supposed to snow shit loads here this year? That's what people were saying. But nooooo. No fucking snow.

Anywhoo, Christmas Eve was nice.. Watched Miracle on 34th Street after dinner, I have never 'Awww!'ed so much in my life. In the morning I was over at Gray's place until 1:30ish, that mainly consisted of trying to watch Diary of the Dead, but we had to stop 'cause the acting was so bad.. So we watched Breaking Bad instead. That was pretty good. We also had some delicious bagels, and I took LG pics with his dad! Yayy!!!

Back to today.
This is the most spoiled I have ever been on Christmas. I got a few nice little nick nacks... And a camera. Like the big black kind with the huge ass lens and strap to go around your neck and make you look like an Asian tourist. It's kinda confusing, but I'm trying to figure it out. I'm so lucky..

My plan for today is to just laze around, fiddle with my new toy, read, maybe write a bit.. My fam and I will probably end up watchin a movie or something too. I will enjoy every minuet. In a week, my break will be done... I have to spend every second to the fullest, because soon it'll be back to reality. A wonderful routine of school, stress, eat, stress, study, stress, work, stress, sleep, school, etc.

Evidently, I'm not very exciting.
I will post when something of interest occurs.

A Heart to Heart

Today, I will start with a fact about myself, and continue on with more!
My favorite books in the world? The Inheritance series, by Christopher Paolini. I just finished the last book, which was phenomenal, and I'm feeling a little lost now... Whenever a good series ends, there's always a bittersweet feeling that comes with it.

Dammit. I wanna be a fucking dragon rider.

More random things to know..
I like cloudy days, they're cozy.
I like being cozy. Especially with my love, his name is Gray. We've been together for a year now, and I'm very thankful to have him around... He helps keep me sane and silly. And he is also what I like to call:
Pure Amazingness.

I would love to travel more places around the world, like to Australia and Ireland (those are my top two), or to Venice, and Austria, and... Well there's a lot of exciting places in the world, and those are the places I'd like to be!

I love reading good books, I enjoy writing, though I write a hell of a lot less then I used to. Clearly, I'm trying to change that!

What elseeeee. I have no idea what career I want to pursue. Hopefully something interesting that doesn't involve cubicles.

Do people usually do this? Is this how blogs are usually started off, with random little things about one's self thrown into one post as some sort of introduction? I guess it doesn't matter.

Anywho, I'm sleepy. Its already tomorrow morning. Today? Tomorrow? Why is something so simple making my brain hurt?

Toss of the Bones

I suppose an introduction is in order! I'm Sophia, and I've decided to start this blog so that my dearest friend and I, Cream, can keep absolutely in touch. No more of those phone calls where one asks, "So whats new?" and the other answers, "Oh, nothing much.."
The routine is getting quite monotonous, and obviously theres more then 'not much' happening in our lives. Already I am bursting with news, but I think I'll just slowly ease into this.
